Make "clean filters" your first habit of the year. Clogged filters are the leading cause of poor efficiency and high bills.
Action: Open the indoor air handler, wash filters with warm water. This applies to all models, from Monoblock to Multi-Zone configurations.

3. Outdoor Condenser Inspection
