Orders leave quickly, most ship via LTL on pallets, and deliveries can be scheduled with the dispatcher using your provided phone and email.

Palletized

Shipping & Delivery

Orders received on weekdays (before noon) are prepared within 24–48 hours. Most ship in 1–2 business days. Typical transit time is 3–6 business days (exceptions may apply). We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Usually LTL. Large systems ship palletized and may require a delivery appointment.

Dispatcher contact. Your phone and email are provided for delivery correspondence.

Important Delivery Information

Freight deliveries often require an appointment. To avoid delays, ensure your contact phone is accurate and reachable, or contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to schedule.

Secure Location

You are responsible for a safe delivery environment. We are not liable for packages stolen or lost after delivery confirmation.

Address Changes

Changes after freight ships can incur additional fees of 15% or more, depending on weight and dimensions.

Access & Liftgate

Confirm curbside access with dispatch. Request liftgate service if needed during scheduling.


Smallwares & Accessories

Parcel Shipping

Smaller items (Installation Kits, Smart Connectivity Dongles, TTW Sleeves) may ship via FedEx without a signature requirement when ordered individually.

Secure Delivery

Ensure a safe delivery location. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.


Inspect Before Signing

Freight shipments should arrive shrink-wrapped and on a pallet. Inspect all boxes carefully upon arrival.

What to Look For

  • Crushed corners or punctures (including forklift tine marks)
  • Torn shrink-wrap or wet/soft cartons
  • Visible dents or rattling inside the box

How to Note It

If anything seems off, write comments on the delivery receipt before signing—even for minor issues—and take photos. For major damage, you may refuse delivery and contact us.
