You have 30 days from delivery to request an eligible return.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
A valid order number or receipt is required to process your return.
Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from delivery for eligible unused OLMO products purchased directly from olmohvac.com. Items must be unused, unmodified, uninstalled, complete, and returned in original packaging.
Return Steps
Cancellation Policy
Orders may begin processing immediately after placement. Once processing starts, cancellation fees may apply. After shipment, cancellations follow the full return policy.
How to Cancel
Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is still available.
Please Note
Orders canceled after processing but before shipment incur a 4%–6.5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing, warehouse handling, and administrative costs.
Restocking Fees
Applies when product and packaging are in 100% new condition. Customer pays shipping both ways after warehouse departure.
10% RestockingApplies based on condition. Product must be resalable and free from installation, use, wear, damage, or missing parts.
20%–50% FeeUsed, modified, installed, incomplete, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Packaging
- Use original packaging with manuals, accessories, and inserts.
- Do not write or place labels directly on original boxes.
Packing
- Pack exactly as shipped.
- If palletized originally, use a pallet again.
- Keep cartons upright, strap to pallet, and wrap in stretch film.
- Apply return labels on the stretch wrap, not the cartons.
Shipping, Inspection & Refunds
Shipping
- Customer pays all return freight.
- Free Shipping orders are charged original outbound shipping plus return freight.
- If our error, we cover freight for the correct replacement.
- Notify us within 30 days of delivery for eligibility.
Refunds
- Returns are inspected upon receipt.
- Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for credits to apply.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and based on condition.
Limitations, Open Box & Support
Not Covered
- Labor, diagnosis, removal, installation, shipping, service, or handling.
- Normal maintenance.
- Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or operation.
- Used, installed, modified, incomplete, or missing-part returns.
- Minor damages prior to delievery
- Stolen shipments after confirmed delivery.
Open Box Return Policy
- Open Box returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Unit must be unused and returned with all parts, manuals, and original packaging.
- Installed or used items are not eligible.
- Refunds are issued after inspection minus a 20% restocking fee.
