Warranty Information
Report warranty issues to your installer first. Follow all manufacturer conditions and the owner’s manual. OLMO may refuse a claim if conditions are violated.
Register
Registration is required within 60 days (per product line) at the OLMO portal.
Installer
Where required, installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician.
Original Location
Coverage applies only to products remaining in their original installation location.
Coverage by Product Line
Mini Split — Limited Warranty
- Compressor: 5 years; Parts: 2 years; Remote: 1 year.
- Must be installed by a licensed HVAC technician and registered within 60 days of installation.
TTW & PTAC — Limited Warranty
- Unit: 1 year to the original registered end-user.
- Register within 60 days after purchase; product must remain in the original installation location.
How to Start a Claim
Contact Your Installer
Have your installer diagnose and document the issue. OLMO may request a technician report before honoring a claim.
- Keep proof of purchase and installation.
- Provide photos/videos if applicable.

Parts, Shipping & Eligibility
Replacement Parts
If a part fails due to defect within the applicable period, OLMO (or distributor) may provide a new or remanufactured part at no charge. Shipping/handling are the customer’s responsibility.
Registration Window
If not yet registered but within 60 days, proof of purchase and installation may be required to complete registration and parts requests.
Start Date
Warranty periods begin on the date of original installation (or 120 days from manufacture if unknown).
Limitations & Exclusions
General
- Implied warranties may be limited to the limited-warranty duration where permitted by law.
- Express warranties cannot be altered or enlarged by any distributor or dealer.
Not Covered
- Labor for diagnosing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing, or handling.
- Normal maintenance (filters, cleaning, lubrication).
- Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or operation.
- Electrical issues or interruptions; floods, fire, corrosion, lightning, or other forces beyond control.
- Coil/piping corrosion within one mile of seacoast or corrosive body.
- Parts not supplied/designated by OLMO; accessories (condensate pumps, line sets, etc.).
- Units installed outside continental USA & Canada; refrigerant costs; shipping damage.
- Special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (rights vary by state/province).
