How coverage is administered

  • Refrigerant costs and damage that occurred during shipping
Installation, operation, and environment
  • Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or improper operation
  • Electrical issues, flood, fire, lightning, corrosion, or forces beyond control
  • Seacoast corrosion and accessories not supplied by OLMO
Location, damages, and legal limits
  • Units located outside the continental United States and Canada
  • Special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Implied warranties may be limited where permitted by law
  • Dealers and distributors cannot alter the express warranty
