How to Start a Claim

Contact Your Installer

Have your installer diagnose and document the issue. OLMO may request a technician report before honoring a claim.

  • Keep proof of purchase
  • Keep proof of installation
  • Provide photos or videos if applicable

Parts, Shipping & Eligibility

Replacement Parts

Defective parts may be replaced with new or remanufactured parts within the applicable period.

Registration Window

If not yet registered but still within 60 days, proof of purchase and installation may be required.

Start Date

Warranty periods begin on the installation date, or 120 days from manufacture if unknown.

Limitations & Exclusions

General

  • Implied warranties may be limited where permitted by law.
  • Express warranties cannot be altered by dealers or distributors.

Not Covered

  • Labor for diagnosing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing, or handling
  • Normal maintenance such as filters, cleaning, and lubrication
  • Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or operation
  • Electrical issues, floods, fire, corrosion, lightning, or other forces beyond control
  • Corrosion in seacoast environments and accessories not supplied by OLMO
  • Units outside continental USA & Canada, refrigerant costs, or shipping damage
  • Special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
