Is this the AC unit or just the sleeve?
Just the sleeve. The TTW unit and exterior grille are sold separately.
Do I need to install a rear grille?
Yes. The manual specifies using the aluminum rear grille for best performance. Install it to the sleeve before inserting the unit.
How do I ground the sleeve?
Use the two 1/8″ holes provided at the front underside. If absent, drill a 1/8″ hole on the left side within 3″ of the front edge and fasten with the toothed washer and screw.
